For Orphan Applicants (NEW), kindly click this link for ORPHAN SPONSOR FORM and wait for a confirmation/notice from the school before proceeding with the Online Enrolment. For approved ORPHAN SPONSOR APPLICANTS, kindly skip the payment scheme. For proof of payment, please upload your approved APPROVED ORPHAN SPONSOR FORM provided by the school.

For Orphans with a complete and approved ORPHAN SPONSOR FORM, you can proceed with the enrollment process. Kindly secure from the office your previous ORPHAN SPONSOR FORM for the proof of payment part of the online enrollment.

For Orphans last school year, the option for proof of payment will automatically be removed. Though you still need to fill out the ORPHAN SPONSOR FORM.

1. Fill out the Enrollment Form found in the website
2. Upload required school documents
3. Upload proof of Registration Fee payment
4. Expect a confirmation email from the School Registrar verifying your enrollment
5. For NEW AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS, please wait for your Interview Schedule with the Guidance Officer
6. Attend the interview as scheduled. This is a prerequisite for the issuance of E-Academy Student Account and G Suite email account.

Before proceeding with the enrolment form, kindly prepare the following files (pdf or image file) in your devices:

1. Birth Certificate (for new students only)
2. Form 138 (for new students only)
3. Good Moral (for new students only)
4. 2x2 ID Photo
5. Whole Body Photo
6. Proof of Payment (receipt or screen capture of bank transfer for the Registration Fee)
